DESIGN/CAD

Designing is carried out using licensed package programs for technical drawing and three-dimensional modelling to meet expectations and needs. Designing processes are constantly updated and advanced further with training activities. During operational design processes, current software package programs and finite elements method are used for the conduct of analyses of durability and fatigue, and thermal analyses.

PROTOTYPING

Prototype build before serial production is one of the manufacturing competences of Ligamed. This stage allows for the conduct of functional tests on product pieces. The high-quality engineering stages of Ligamed is capable of providing a range of services for our customers from the initial concept development phase to the serial manufacturing of product pieces ready to assemble.

CAM STAGE

The latest versions of the CAD/CAM/CAE programs are used at advance levels in our incorporation in order to deliver the most effective solutions and accelerating innovations. The functionality, endurance, and the life span of our products manufactured in our atelier; which is equipped with CNC and manual counters, are warranted by means of fine processing, surface processes, and mounting operations. Ligamed is competent for designing and manufacturing all of the following equipment required for the production stages in its facility, including machining/assembly fixtures, measuring instruments, templates, and special machining benches.
