Quality Control

Quality control department is the leading one among the top prioritized departments of the company. Raw materials, tool sets, and end pieces undergo quality checks at every stage of the procurement of consumable supplies, manufacturing, surface treatment, and packaging. Each product that comes out of the benches is quality checked by using measuring devices for their compatibility with produced templates, apparatus, and technical drawings. Carrying out the operations within sensitive tolerability ranges prevent the occurrence of nonrecoverable errors. The staff is trained regularly at recurring periods to build awareness about quality control. Our quality control department is audited by specialized national and international bodies periodically and regularly. The sizes of manufactured product pieces are quality checked in our incorporation. Biomechanical and biocompatibility tests are performed in the laboratories of national universities or in the accredited laboratories abroad. The analyses and quality checks of surface processing are regularly and periodically scheduled to be conducted in the laboratories abroad.
